As in, they are slightly less than capable of completely incompetent about shipping things internationally. I am a bundle of nerves because my customer from Australia still hasn't gotten his scarf in the mail AND I SENT IT AUGUST 2ND via Priority Mail. They must have sent it by sailboat.

Also, I think we have two totally different definitions of the word "priority."
