the children won't sleep, one batch of the whisky truffles turned out terrible and i'm not sure it's salvagable, i have no earthly idea when i'll have the time to steam the spotted dick, i have made no progress on the cross-stitch people, and all the adults in the house have head colds. If any of you were expecting home-made bread, you are going to be disappointed.

On the plus side, I'm bringing a new toaster to Gridlock.
