As luck would have it, today is Tuesday, and today is also Andrew's birthday, so I can actually do a much belated Cute Toddler Tuesday post and include the video I took of Andrew at gymnastics this afternoon.  The facility where we go is under construction, so all the gymnastics classes are on top of each other at the moment, which means the

I didn't really get your post about how much older and more mature Andrew is in comparison to other kids his age until I could see it. He looks like my seven year old (and heck, looks more mature than my seven year old.) He's rockin' it in Gymnastics, too!

Well, no, I suppose it wouldn't until you'd seen him in action. I'm not sure he's more mature than other kids - particularly in comparison to the girls - but he's definitely bigger and stronger and faster. He watches the little girls when they're on the trampoline, and you can tell that he's thinking, "OMG, is that how high you're capable of jumping?" And then he gets on, and he's getting serious air - at least five feet between him and the trampoline itself.

It kills me, because he's so strong, and he's actually fairly coordinated, and if he could just pay attention and concentrate he could give them all a run for their money. Pretty much in any discipline he wanted, really.
