Sending you large and squishy hugs Hun. While I don't have an insurance here in the UK, I can imagine the stress from what friends have told me. I hope you get what you need sooner rather than later. :)

As for the backed up toilet... Tis a very bad thing. I hope you can unblock that quick without calling a plumber or Someone to come and take a look. You've just made me very thankful about my own toilet working away happily.
