Earlier this evening, I looked out the dining room window to see Andrew pushing his toy garbage truck across the parking lot. A few minutes later, I hear Bill's shout: "ANDREW!", followed by Daddy running from the front door, where he'd obviously expected Andrew to follow, to chase him down the street.
Three very quick, one-line reviews, all fairly high on the snark factor:
Wicked:
Even before the end of the first act, I knew - I just knew - that there is an entire following for Elphaba/Glinda smut.
(And bonus: there's an actual term for it: "Gelphie". And I thought "Snupin" was bad....)
True Blood, Episode 3:
Yeah, yeah. Whatever. BRING ON THE FRICKIN' SHOWER SCENE ALREADY. Sheesh.
Newman is the Token Evil CIA officer? Wow, the world really is ending, isn't it?
So I looked up morphic fields, because I am like that sometimes. And it occurs to me that I've seen morphic fields in action, in regards to Andrew. Because I swear, one toddler figures out how to open the gate at the top of the stairs, and the next thing you know, they all know. Morphic fields, dude.
Now, if only I could manipulate the morphic fields to teach Andrew how to drop the pacifier, and realize that using the toilet is Fun and Exciting......
