Updates of Various Sorts

There would have been a word count for today and yesterday, but yesterday Andrew was an Enemy of Napping, and today I was trying to get the Halloween pictures/video in order. The word count will increase tomorrow. With luck.
On that note, though, I think I've come up with a plot for the dwsanta fic. :)
Walking:
Andrew can walk. Really well, as it turns out - he's been toddling here, there, and everywhere and can go farther without falling over every day. He is now capable of turning while standing, although turning while walking is still a bit tricky. (But really funny - one leg goes flying, and his arms start flapping, and then BOOM, he's down. Mommy probably shouldn't laugh as hard as she does.) If he could push himself up to standing, I'd think that walking would take over as the main form of transportation, but unfortunately, he still has to crawl to something in order to pull himself up. And crawling is much easier on uneven ground.
Today, for example, we went to Cox Farms' Fall Festival, and I let Andrew crawl around on the hay. (Yes, there are pictures. No, they're not uploaded. The next few days are very quiet around here, I ought to be able to get some work done.) He tried to walk - it didn't go well.
