I swear, I did NOT know when I wrote the last entry (about how I did not buy fish imported from China) that the very next day, it would hit the news that six kinds of fish were being banned from importation into the States.
Did I call it OR WHAT????
Everything is a go to replace the windows in August. Well, almost; we have to get a final OK from the Architectural Control Board, which ought to be a slam-dunk because we're following the guidelines in the handbook to the letter. I figure after windows, we're set with home improvements until next summer, at which point the priorities are LIBRARY BOOKSHELVES, and FURNACE. (We're doing windows before furnace because it seems rather silly to get a brand-new furnace just to heat the outside through our leaky, 1970s windows.)
