For some reason AIM refuses to load off of my Sidebar Gadget QuickLaunch thinger. WTF, Vista. *hits computer* I love you, Danputer, but you have little quirks that make me want to poke you repeatedly in a most annoying fashion.

I went into the city today. Saw The Golden Compass. I'll talk more about how I feel it was a good film, but a royal travesty when you consider the intellectual depth of the source material. :P

I love the little shops around Bryant Park. They set up every year for X-Mas, along with a little skating rink. It's all very festive and nice with the crisp wintery air, warm apple cider, etc.
I bought a new hat, one of those knitted beanie type things with the little bill on the front. Love those. It's hand-made and green and colorful. One of the other stands was selling this fingerless glove/wristwarmer sort of things that pretty much matched. They look cool together. Now if only I had clothes that were colorful enough to wear them with. XD
