Opening + "Bird and The Worm" - The mist and lights thing they do at the beginning of shows looks like shit from the floor, but it looks kind of cool from farther back, where this video was shot. (Here is another video of the opening lead-up, this one shot extremely close to the stage.)

"Take It Away" - "I lost all doubt in a HA HA HA HA!!!!!" Oh, Bert... *facepalm*

"All That I've Got" - Crowd shot video. XD LOL @ the bad singing!

"I Caught Fire" - Partial. Kind of a nasty crackle in the sound, but whatever. (Here is another partial clip.)

"Taste of Ink" - Partial. The crowd drowns out Bert the whole time! NYC had a bitchin' crowd.

"Pretty Handsome Awkward" - Wall of Death at the beginning shot from the side balcony. *WHAM!* (Here is another "PHA" video without the intro.)

"Hospital" - This song was hugely popular, but really hard to dance to. ROFL

OK so. edgiko and I have this theory. About The Used.

Specifically, their videos.

We were talking the other day and I was spamming her was videos to indoctrinate her with love for Bert and his lost boys. She brought up the fact that Pretty Handsome Awkward is like a bad trip, and I say all of The Used's videos were pretty much like a bad trip.

So then we gave that some thought and came up with exactly what drug each director was on when they made each video. XD

Behold:

Box of Sharp Objects = Speed (Jump cuts! Spasticness! Self-mutilation! LOL!)

Taste if Ink = Booze (Bored teens and underage house parties! Woo!

Buried Myself Alive = PCP (Paranoid hallucinations of death and weirdly discolored vision.)

Take It Away = Cocaine (The whole video is meant to look like you're going through narcotic withdrawal. Light sensitivity and restlessness.)

All That I've Got = Mushrooms (Alice in Wonderland, anyone?)

I Caught Fire = Pot (For The Used, this is mellow...)

The Bird and The Worm = Peyote (Bert's having visions with ~deep ~layers of ~meaning!)

Pretty Handsome Awkward = Ecstasy (There's ecstasy pills in the "dirty" version of the video. Plus ravers and blurry light streaks and guys in drag. Bonus roofies for Dan getting date-raped in a bathroom!)

LOL. I'm just imagining what the next video will be like. Soon they'll have to start inventing new drugs. XD
