No, I'm not about to die. Not as far as I know of, though.
Been stuck in a state in between busy and bored, where I find myself with too much time to do lots of things but not enough energy or motivation to do them. So, to conter-balance that, I decided to complete achieving certain Trophies (PlayStation 3 equivalent to XBox360's Achievements). So far:
- Batman: Arkham Asylum: 100%
- Prince of Persia: 100%
- inFamous: 64%
- Star Wars: the Force Unleashed: 28%
I had wanted to get the recently added STFU SW:TFU trophies, but with good ole' George Lucas fucking us over in video game form in the shape of the "Ultimate Sith Edition" which contains all of the game's DLC and a new mission that's exclusive to the USE. So, in response to that: Fuck you George. Fuck you with a dual-bladed lightsaber up in your Dark Side.
In other news, Daria is expected to be born sooner than the expected date. Maybe as early as this week. We'll see. M'lady hopes it won't happen on Halloween, since I'd be disguised as the Joker, which could lead to me asking one of the nurses if I can have a uniform.
Also to note is that I will be starting my internship on November 2nd at Canonical. So far, the place looks awesome. Zero stress other than on giving our best work. Every time I go there, I grin from ear to ear.
I'm also getting myself ready to start work on some form of demo for my game project. I should hopefully have something to give an idea of what I want within six months after I start. I just hope I can muster the concentration to start soon.
Lastly, I want to post my thoughts on certain things on here. Mostly reviews/complaints concerning movies, video games, books, but I feel that'd probably come off as pretentious and maybe no one would give a flying crap about 'em, so I keep hesitating. Should I? Or shan't I?
