I have discovered your secret recipe to your cafe mocha...Hot chocolate mixed with coffee, add hot milk for a latte. I thought you had something going with the black/red tea lattes, but after trying them, realized that you have ripped off the popular Hong Kong milk tea drink. You charge $3+ for a tall, while I can get the same drink for $1.25 at the Fay Da bakery. What's next?
