Mike's day off
Wooot, I have the day off work today! I was supposed to go in a little late cuz I had stuff to do this morning, but they said they don't need me. It's so awesome, but no one wants to eat sushi with me :(
Actually, it's okay since I have to clean up SO much stuff lately. My room is like a mess, kinda like my life. It's just a bunch of stuff here and there, and I've been so busy with random things. I just feel like I want to help other people, because I care about everyone a lot... But I guess I don't realize that I am making a mess of myself at the same time. I don't know if that's good or bad.. ;_;
Take for instance last night. I was so tired and had to go to small group earlier to make a presentation on Kenya, but I fell asleep afterwards from exhaustion. I got a call telling me to get my butt over there, so I drove there ASAP and parked in the lot behind their house.
Small group was fun and all, but after I got out, I looked at the spot my car was in, but another car was there......... I GOT TOWED. !)(@*^%!(@&%~!$^%#@*% So ... one of the leaders drove me to the impound and I shelled out $220 in cash after getting it from an ATM. I guess I am jus grateful I could get a ride to it and that my car wasn't damaged, but it still sucked so bad to lose a week or two's worth of hard-earned money. Gotta give my thanks out to Sarah tho, she's an awesome leader.
Other than that, I had a really good weekend even tho some people got worried about me. Life's been busy and cluttered like I said b4. I'm just really glad I have the day off, cuz it feels like I need it hahahah.. I don't even know why I am laughing - maybe it's cuz I had a cup of coffee this morning lol.
OH, and I talked to my brother! He said he loves Japan. I miss him so much hahah.. and he said he misses me too, man... We're not mushy like that usually, so I guess distance does that. I wanna get a mic to talk to him.
Anyone want to go to an acapella concert Saturday? I think it's only a couple bucks, and some of my friends will be in it!
