Happy Easter

First off, I hope everyone is having a Happy Easter.  For some reason, this is the first year I realized how much people care for Easter.  I know it is an important day for the Catholics and Christians, but I never knew it was a national holiday as well.  This morning I went in for church, and was forced to park on the streets because the church was filled from wall to wall with people celebrating.  Also, on my journey back to Bakersfield, I tried to pick up some dinner from Subway when i noticed it was closed along with others.  I never knew today was such a big family holiday.  On the radio, the DJs spoke how they could not wait to go home to have an Easter feast.  An Easter feast?  Until now, I thought people treated today like any other Sunday.  I guess you should never need an excuse to sit down with your family for a grand meal, but these occasions seem to make it extra special.  I hope to one day be able to do this with my family.
