(no subject)
Just got finished helping my mom make Thanksgiving dinner. ^_^ Started at like....11:30 last night and finished at... 2:30? in the morning. Got up at 8 then started helping till now. I was making a coffee cake and it took forever. The baking part alone took and hour, mixing everything together took about 30 min, cooling the cake took bout an hour. Omg that cake had like.. no water in it... it's almost entierly butter. (Because of the cake, my house now has no butter in it) And i kinda screwed up on it cuz i kept beating it after i added the eggs. Continuous beating makes the cake flat and hard. (Opps my bad) But it still tastes good. O and i made these cute little chocolate leaves. U take chocolate and melt it then paint the melted chocolate onto a clean leaf. Then u stick the leaf into the fridge for an hour and after the hours up, carefully peel the leaf off and you get a chocolate leaf. ^_^
