junior year your future college APs blah blah

I had my Smoke Signal interview today. I was sooo nervous. Have you ever been so nervous that you mess up your words? That was me in the first few minutes. It was horrible. It was hard to distinguish myself from all the other perky smart asian kids who are applying because...well, I'm one of them. Hmm...yeah.

It sucks how reg forms are due in a few days. These papers will determine our future. Sort of. There's all these "what if's." I mean, if you think about, if you pick the wrong classes, it will affect your GPA => affect college=>affect life. Yeah, no pressure. Anyways, I will be most likely taking the same classes as all the other perky over-achieving asian kids at our school: AP Stats, Hn. Precalc, Hn Eng, CPUSH, AP Bio, Journalism 1/French4. Senior year: AP Chem/Physics, AP Calculus, AP Eng, Gov/Econ, J2/DI, ethnic studies/AP Pysch/DI. Like everyone else, the next two years of my life are already planned and all I have to do is be like a zombie and wander around the Mission campus and study. My life is so spontaneous isn't it? Hopefully I will get into J1 and that will change things a bit :)

Tomorrow is Carol's birthday :)
