Welcome to my Doll House : advice needed
My house/living room has been in a work in progress stage for the past two years. Somehow, I kind of stop because I wasn't inspired or haven't found the right thing to continue the process.
As I was selecting pics for the photo exhibit, I came across a picture that might do what I wanted for this room. See, I like city scape and perspective shots, but I was afraid that it will make this room even more masculine, cold and antiseptic. Strangely, the thought of of using one of my doll pics as an art objects to hang on my wall have never came across my mind.
I thought this pic has the certain charm, border line kitschy, but not tacky(I hope). It has the bright color and contrast in mood that this room needs. I had it blown up to 50"x40". I think it's kind of nice. One thing is that now looking at the pic. Since the dolls are blown up so huge. The room and furniture looked almost miniature size. Do you think? What's your thought?
