Random Entry
I am congested and sniffly! Behold, the Summer Cold. Last night I tried inhaling steam as instructed by my doctor. I don't know if it worked but at least I managed to look like an idiot while doing it.
I went to the TCAF last weekend and bought lotsa' stuff. The top row of Batman stuff is not mine, that's my sister's Batman comic purchases she got elsewhere. I also got comics elsewhere, which are not pictured. I think I spent $0.66 for every minute I spent at the Festival. This confirms the three areas where my funds are spent:
1) Food
2) Books and comics
3) Music
As my first time at anything comic-centric, it was Good and also Awkward (because I don't know what to say when the artist is sitting right in front of you). I got a ton of good things. So's I content.
I am supposed to go to New York next week on one of those package Chinese bus tours. Tons of people go on these things right? So it can't be too bad. Or can it?
Also if you want to get labeled A Little Musically Odd, play your Aqua-listening friends the following (especially if they have never even heard of artist #2)
1) Joanna Newsom - Peach, Plum, Pear
2) Bjork - I've Seen it All
3) Bat for Lashes - What's a Girl to Do
