I want a few, but I'm scared...haha I hate pain. But I've been planning out which ones I would get, and where. The one I really want would be way too painful, which is so sad. I'd have to real balls up before I did it.
Ohh. Hm.. well, it feels like you're been scratched by something really sharp--which is basically it. Depending on where you're getting it is whether it'll hurt more or less though. There are certain areas on your body that's more sensitive than other parts.
For my tattoo, basically it was the front and back(near my armpit for both) was pretty tender and hurt quite a bit. I didn't yell, scream, or make any noise over it though. I just scrunched up my face. When I felt like I couldn't handle the pain that well, I just told the tattooist to tattoo a little then pause and go again.
Yeah. I am pretty NO tolerance for pain. Actually, I think I may be okay with it, but I think about it too much.
The main tattoo I want is a trail of stars on my foot going from the top and going under my ankle...that would be horribly painful (I've heard) due to the bones.
I was also thinking about a trail of stars on the back of my neck like Rhianna has. I hate copying, but it's so beautiful.
And then I want an exclamation point on the inside of my wrist, maybe...or possibly somewhere else. Not really decided yet.
And I thought about getting www. somewhere...behind an ear maybe. For my parents initials...and the dot would be me.
Haha. I guess I'll just have to man up and bite the bullet. Since I've only had my ears pierced...piercing is fine. Haha. But as many times as I've been poked and prodded with needles, I should do fine.
Ohhh, I see. I mean, if the pain is too much for you to handle (while you're getting tattooed) you could always break it up into sessions so it's easier on you.
I actually wanted my whole tattoo done at the expo but the tattooist said my arm was swelling too much and that it'd be best if I just go back to the parlor he worked at in a month when my arm heals up. Also it's so that he can see how it is and do some touch up to make sure it's done.
I've been thinking a lot about tattoos lately.

Do you have a low tolerance for pain?
