wow... It's February already???
I could have sworn that it was still January, but alas, no. It's February.
Did you ever notice that when we were younger, or at least when I was younger I/we always pronounced it Febuary. As if the R didn't exist? I don't know how it was brought to my attentnion but now, we/I all seem to stress that first R. FebRuary. *sees the weird looks everyone's giving her* Okay okay, I'll shut up now. You should know by now that I ramble on like there's no tomorrow.
So anyways, tomorrow is the start of second semester which really means that I have about 3.5 - 4 months left of school until I graduate. Scary thought. High school sure flew by fast. I'm debating whether or not it's worth going to first period or not. I'm going to drop that class at 10 am when my guidance appointment is, so I guess it really wouldn't be worth it. Then again I have to get my guidance slip from my second period teacher. I can see it now. Hi sir, do you have a guidance slip for me? yes? okay thanks, I'll be back. Isn't it a shame that second period starts at like 10? okay 9:55 am but that's not the point. That's okay it's only the first day of the semester anyways. *shrugs*
So around noon today, the University of Guelph calls my house. Some lady from the admissions office tells me that they received my application and there's an information package in the mail for me. Apparently their Campus Day is March 17th. I guess I should make sure I don't have anything to do that day. Hmmmm....
I need to apply for scholarships, I kinda do need money to pay these infernal schools that'll give me my higher education. Who knew that higher education cost you an arm, a leg and maybe a few internal organs. *giggles* I'm so silly. Maybe I should find some scholarships I qualify for first. *grins* Although I do take donations... anyone up for it?
