Right so Gilmore Girls, yes? Really awesome show, totally jealous of Rory's relationship with her mom and all of that. It's such a girl show but it's amazingly good. So, Alexis is Rory (duh) and she's really pretty and stuff. She was really good in the Travelling Pants movie too. I really don't have a good reason for picking it. Other than She's pretty and cool and I wish she was my friend.
british comedies
... are the most hilarious things. I mean sure across the pond we have good comedies too but nothing beats Keeping Up Appearances, My Family, Coupling, My Hero or Are You Being Served?. Granted the former is from eons ago, it still makes me laugh. I hate how the seasons are only about 7 episodes long but what they have is good. I'm so disappointed that it costs an arm and a leg to get these on DVD here. Just cuz they're imports and stuff. If I ever get them all I doubt I'd ever leave my house. Except to get snacks.

... is an online comic be Jennie Breeden. Niya introduced me to it back in First year and I've been hooked ever since. It's sort of autobiographical and it's mostly about her adventures and the funny things that happen to her. Manda and I went to see her when she came for Comicon back in the summer. I got really obsessed with Buddha awhile back. I really like the happy, fat representation of Siddartha. I mean you can't help but smile when you look at him smiling at you in all his holy girth. (Sounds rather insulting that, but it isn't) So I have a collection of them in my room and while I'm not as obsessed with him now, he's still pretty cool. Joe saw my collection once and sort of stared at it, looked at me and back at all of the Buddhas with this "Quoi?" look on his face. I had to reassure him I wasn't converting religions. I really couldn't convert, I swear too much.
badminton (yay, badminton!)
Who doesn't like to play this game? Like all games/sports I suck horribly at it, but it's so much fun. You thwhack a plastic birdy thing back and forth and try not to injure yourself in the process. I remember I played with my friends once and I accidentally thwacked my partner in the head with my racket. I thought I was going to die from laughter. He was okay of course but he always makes a big deal about things so it was just funny.

I was talking to Manda one day on MSN and she told me that she saw Xander on TV. SO I ran to the TV and turned it on to that same channel and I saw Will Tippin instead and went all :O (I saw Xander later) It was the show Kitchen Confidential, based on Bourdain's book. It was then my obsession with this man started. I watched the show and read his books (not all of them, but most) and really how can you not love his guy? He's just plain mean and rude but yet it's so funny. Like you know he won't take shit from anyone and he'll let you know that. And yes, he is oddly hot for an old dude.
willow rosenberg <3
I would *totally* turn sides for Willow. She (next to Oz) was my favourite character on Buffy the Vampire Slayer (which I can thank Abby for getting my hooked on) She's this smart computer geek witch girl, who's also hot. Plus she was with Oz. (equally smexy if not more so) She was also really witty. Plus evil willow? Rawr.
That was fun. I liked that.
