earlier this week i found a great house on the mls listing online, it was perfect and only sightly above the price i was trying to keep myself to, it was a new listing, so we called in the morning first thing, the day before was its first day on the market and it was already sold, and not just sold, but SOLD with 12 offers and bidding that brough the price up another 10 grand, ARGH!
