The internet's been down for a while, now. My grandpa called the guys at the main line for it (I guess? I don't exactly know how it works...) and he told me how to get it set back up.

Which makes no sense to me but, hey, I guess it worked? Those internet-guys are magical, I swear.
Anyways, I bought my Chrona-wig, but it's way too purple and I'm disappointed. Anyone know how to lighten it up? If not, I'll deal, but, I mean, it's purple. I don't know how to deal with that.
My parents are coming back from Germany late tomorrow night. THE DAY BEFORE MY BIRTH DAY.

Oh, BUT WE TOTALLY WON THE THIRTY YEARS WAR IN WESTERN CIVILIZATION! THE DUTCH ARE BEASTS, MAN. ROW ROW FIGHT THE--
Well, actually we won by doing basically nothing. We just traded with England and sent some money to Bohemia and tried to form an Alliance with Denmark and Sweden (Which EXPLODED IN OUR FACES. How were we supposed to know that they wanted each other dead? We're sweet little Holland). Other than that we basically watched the world come crashing down, and stayed out of it as much as possible, 'cept to defend ourselves.
In the end, we were the only country that didn't completely ruin their economy (although we had the best to start out with, too.)
Mr. Lally joked about how we were just writing notes that said "hi" on our move sheets. Which is kind of the same as "continue trade with England," I suppose.
As far as AMERICA'S economy goes, I figure I may as well just give up the hope of ever going to college, right? This defeatist attitude is gonna be the death of me.
I'm genuinely pissed off, though. Why the hell am I going to have to pay because some people made stupid mistakes? I'll go move to freaking Europe or something. Or Canada. Or friggin anywhere that isn't here. Geez.
I LIKE HOW THIS ALL IS HAPPENING RIGHT WHEN I'M READY TO MAKE MY WAY INTO THE REAL WORLD. IT'S A NICE ENVIRONMENT FOR A UNMOTIVATED, DEFEATIST PESSIMIST LIKE MYSELF.
In further real-life events Novels we finished reading Frawnkensteen and are working on Pride and Prejudice, I hate quotework and I suck at physics.
Oh, but a couple of people at my school are trying to start up a D&D club, which is freaking awesome and I must join it. SO I MIGHT T NOT BE ABLE TO GO TO COLLEGE AND HAVE A SUCESSFUL LIFE, BUT AT LEAST I'LL BE ABLE TO PLAY D&D IN HIGH SCHOOL.

In other news, I'M SO FREAKING EXCITED FOR EPISODE 26 OF SOUL EATER. I'm not sure how I'm gonna feel about the new opening, but I guess I'll deal, since it's going to be CHRONA'S trial run at Shibusen and ahhhh that's my favorite. MEDUSA YOU SUCK ARG.
I also feel kinda sick. It might be because of the Chinese food I ate yesterday. Uuuugh, my intestines....
