problems arise within my game :c

So I have been having a few problems, and was wondering if anyone knew why or any programs that could help (I know of a hack-conflict detector, but maybe does anyone know of a default replacement detector thing as well?)[problem beyond ]Does anyone know why the resurrect-o-nomitron wouldn't be working? Like, it's not clickable whatsoever, and with the debug cheat, I can reset it but its still actionless. I've tried it on different lots, not neighborhoods (Yet). I have a few hacks, and am planning on taking them out to see if anything is conflicting... I've heard of a hack-conflict detector, but i dont remember where I've seen it. I've googled this, but nothing like my problem seem to have been solved.
Also, werewolves - my sims turn into them, but the fur doesn't show up? I can't find any default replacements that might be broken or something within my folders, is there any cheat/hack that could interfere? :/ Is there any program that could check for default replacements that might be 'lost' or how to delete them?
I am somewhat good in using SimPE, and I have all expansion packs installed.
