Well, if you don't mind cheating a tad, one of my Sims born from my founder had S2 skin and blond hair, and he married an S4 guy with black hair, both babies were born with black hair (skintones were S4 for the girl and S3 for the boy), but I changed the girl's hair to blond in SimPE cauz I thought it looked nicer. Suits her very well!

Btw, I love the idea of a bakery but I suck at creating them. Do you think you could upload yours if you don't mind sharing it? :)

Oh and I meant to ask before, but what's the deal with those big bags? Does that mean you convinced a Sim to buy more than one item before they went to the cash register? I don't think I've ever seen it happen before.

Ah, yes, but it's all about the element of surprise and luck ;) I do that for my non-official legacies and any spares that I play, but I try to avoid cheating for this legacy (the occasional cheat does occur but only when absolutely necessary). :)

I can upload it once I'm finished with it, and edit it around so it actually fits better on it's lot... (the lot is huge so I have this massive front lawn area... ew). But I have to warn you, I have all EPs and stuff packs and it's VERY CC heavy :o But I'll attempt it anyways ^.^

Yes. Kind of. The bigger the bag (paper->blue->gold etc) that means the more expensive their final price will be when they pay, so for a very large bag they probably either bought a lot of expensive items, or a half the bakery if not all if cheap ;) Usually you only get those bags if you stick to that buyer and pester them every second and sell them pretty much everything ^.^

Thank you for reading!! :D

Thanks for the warning, but I actually have them all too. I'm obsessed that way. ;)

Honestly the only lot I had a Sim buy lately was a salon, and I couldn't figure out how to charge for the haircuts so instead I put one of those things that charges them for the time they spend on the lot, and I stock little things like flowers and other such stuff. I also added massage tables to the lot and there's a hot tub where Sims spend a lot of time.

As for the customer, you can pester them even after they've already decided to buy one item?

Oh and another thing I forgot to ask before: how did you get the boy and girl babies to have different outfits? From what I've read before, babies in general can only have one outfit for either gender.

You're welcome! Look out for it on here closer to end of Generation three, so when Gen. 4 kids go off to college, that's approximately when I'll have it up ( ... )

Ok, so I'm a little confused. When you download this mod, do you actually have to edit anything in SimPE? The comments seem to imply that you do but the uploader doesn't mention anything as far as I can tell...

And can you take any outfit that you like and make it into the default girl outfit? Ie, you don't need to do it for the boy outfit but you do need to do it for the girl outfit? The default replacement I've been using for all my babies is the first one on this page, but the version with pacifier found here (by name, not by picture). I really love its contrast of colors. I'm thinking of using either the 8th pic from the top here or the first pic here for the baby girl outfits (I like bright colors). So would I need a mesh for those?

No, you dont have to change anything in SimPE (you dont have to - well, i didnt!)

Um, I'm not sure. I don't think so. I think there's only a certain few outfits that will work for girls... If you want the girl and boy separate outfits to work, NO OTHER mesh/recolor may be used at the same time (or else it will bork, explode, leak, etc).
No, I dont think it would work? You could try but... I doubt it. Just to be safe, I'd use the ones given, but yeah - I really don't know. Maybe message the creator or something and ask. As far as i know, only the links I posted will work if you choose from THEM and do as THEY SAY. Nothing else. :/
Sorry, I dont really know... :c

Technically speaking though, if you can program the game to recognize different outfits for baby boys and girls, it shouldn't matter whether the girl outfit is a dress or not, I think... As for the creators, if you have an account on the site, do you think you could ask them and get back to me on it?
