How do I recognise you?

It strikes me that it might be a nice idea to post pics of ourselves here, so that we can recognise those we don't know by sight and remind ourselves of what our friends look like outside their icons.

Is it possible to get something almost-flat and a little tepid in the US?

There are places that pull their beers (Toronado for one), though of course kegged/carbonated beers are more common. And in any place that serves bottles, you can always let them warm up before imbibing.
