It wasn't really a natural disaster

I have a theory. The whole hurricane thing isn't actually a natural disaster. What actually happened was an unnatural disaster, of the undead variety. Think about it. If there were to be a zombie outbreak anywhere, doesn't New Orleans seem like a likely location for it? With its voodoo history and such, when the time comes that hell is full and the dead begin walk the earth isn't New Orleans the MOST LIKELY place for the undead to rise? Well, it would only make sense that if there were a zombie uprising the government would both try to cover it up and destroy the zombies. Given a zombie uprising in New Orleans it must be the case that the government used the hurricane as an excuse to evacuate the living from the city and get them to quarantine points. Then the government burst the dikes to flood the city so that the undead menace would be submerged. As everyone knows, zombies can't swim. Therefore they are just sitting defenseless underneath the water dreaming of human brains while military scuba teams exterminate them. Hence the slow response by the military to help with relief efforts. They have been there the whole time but are occupied with exterminating zombies. Meanwhile the news covers up the truth of the undead rising by claiming that the zombies who weren't submerged are really just looters. I am not fooled.
