(no subject)
my arms are kinda itchy.
when i peered at them in the morning through half open eyes, they looked normal/browner. i went back to sleep, and when i completely woke up at ard 10, i realised after a while that my arms are still lobster red. maybe this is a sign that i should have woken up earlier.
on another note, it's strange that i discovered isaac albeniz through guitar. while looking at the scores that we had in the guitar library, i asked if isaac albeniz is a famous guitar composer, coz i keep seeing his name around. but i was told that he's a famous pianist! (mmm i'm quite ignorant about all these things. i mean, grade 8 theory, so what? i hardly know anything about all these famous composers/pianists anw) he composed quite a number of piano pieces and many of them were later transcribed for guitar. interesting. according to wiki, he was a child prodigy who first performed at the age of 4. T__T
and completely random but my teacher seems to have a very biased love for the piano. she's always telling me about how piano is great coz you have your own bass and you can provide your own accompaniment i.e. not need other instruments to play with you, and you can sound rich/full. unlike instruments like woodwind, violins... ^^"
but i also realised that this is one thing guitar also does as well. listening to kenneth play his random classical guitar pieces is pretty amazing, coz his fingers move like crazy and you can hear melody and accompaniment chords/harmony and all that.
