thanks to LSOC sending out an email saying this after round 2A ended:
" LSM4264 Freshwater Biology
This module is not available for Year 3 students to select.
For Year 3 students who have passed LSM3254 Ecology of Aquatic Environments, the module coordinator has instructed to read the revised LSM4264 next academic year during the Honours year.
For others who have passed LSM2251 (instead of the stated pre-requisite LSM3251), you may read this module. Please email to dbsbox2@nus.edu.sg if you wish to bid for this module."
i had to scramble to find another mod to take. so much for planning in advance. never works out for me at least. isn't it absurd how they cannot announce this earlier?!
and also i received an email saying that LPG is moved from 15 jan to 22 jan due to venue constraints. this means i can go for the concert :D:D
which totally works out because i couldn't get rid of 2 of my tix. as long as my friend doesn't cancel on me, i don't have to find more people!
also i received my result collection letter. (am keeping this from my teacher until i gather enough courage to collect the results) i completely freaked out because my teacher said results would arrive in february!!! ugh
my mom and dad have very different responses to me saying "what if i fail??!!" and flailing around the living room:
mom: you better not fail. i'll kill you if you fail
dad: fail then fail, there's nothing you can do about it now. that's why you should have worked hard earlier. if you fail then take it again.
my teacher's reaction is like my dad's - if you fail, take it as an experience. then we will take the exam again. T___T
i want to pass!!!! even if it's just on the dot. as long as i don't have to take it again. so nerve wrecking.
