Motherfucking Bob Kinnear
OK so for those of you not familiar with this man, and that would be most of you skinnies, Bob Kinnear is the president of the local transit union in my city.
TTC= Toronto Transit Comission, something which covers the buses, all the subways and streetcars in my city, tyvm. It's actually quiiiite large.
So this person, Bon Kinnear, being the president of the union, gets to make quite a bit of money. I would say at least $150,000 a year. (Canadian, but American it would be $149,417.27) He probably lives in a luxurious area.
And he is telling his workers, every year, to go on strike when it comes to renewing their contracts. He does the contracts on purpose for a year, so that when renewal time comes, these contracts will have to be renegotiated, and the city will overspend for them again.
Fuck HIM, the fucking FUCK. I'm the one paying for all of this: I have to pay for getting around, and obviously part of what I pay goes towards the drivers, the maintainers, and janitors and ultimately, him. And you know what? I'm sick of paying higher and higher fares for something which may or may not exist while the janitors start at $12/hr, get paid for sick time, get benefits and vacation package, pensions and I get paid minimum wage and that's fucking it.
I have NO pity for Bob Kinnear. He probably drives a Lexus, the bitch.
