First post. Flames will be used to roast marshmallows!

Hurray I work in the Luggage industry. If I haven't strangled anybody by now, it's because I'm only the part-timer, so I work a limited amount of days a week. WHEW! Please bear with me. I call people bitches, I'm ranting, but at least I'm not taking it out on them, right? Right.

My Dear NON Valued Customers:
- The policy of the store is no refunds, only exchange/store credit. I don't know what parts of this you don't understand when you're shoving your credit card at me and demanding that I give you a refund. The only stores in the area which give refunds are The Bay and Sears. If you ask them politely. IF.

- I don't know what you don't get about FIXED PRICES, but this is Canada, in a big city, in a big mall, and this is how we do things here. The price is on the label, and I know we're supposed to be having a UP TO 60% OFF SALE!!!! but it's UP TO not EVERYTHING is 60% off. And if something doesn't have a label, it's not free, dumbass, I have to look it up in the computer! NOTHING is EVER free. OKAY? I'm moving to whatever country gives away everything for $20 or less or free if you annoy them long enough! I don't even care if they don't have wonderful health care!

- I won't give you a discount on an already deeply discounted item. I CAN'T, without at least asking the manager! And if he won't do it, you can't have the owner's phone number! I don't care if you're from the same city as him! I also won't give you a discount on a really cheap item (read: $3-$40) and I don't care if you're the customer, you can't do what you want and have what you want. I don't care that your daddy drives a Jaguar, that you have a Louis Vuitton Bag (or LV luggage! HOW DARE YOU ask for a discount, that stuff is thousands of dollars you fucking BITCH), or that you spent $1000 in the store last year. In fact, if you only spend a tenth of that, and I know you're nice, I'll cut you some slack.

- If your order hasn't come in yet, too fucking bad! MKAY, WHO the hell has an order come in 2 days, or even one day?! Most take at LEAST a week, if not a month! You need to learn patience and to wait for your shit. MKAY?

- Asking the same question again and again, and even stating the same thing over and over again is NOT logic, even though that assumption is easy to make because in Canadian high schools, that's what they teach you. (re: English Essays) And after you've been told NO, drop it. You are an ADULT and NOT a four year old? MKAY?

Whew. Some customers do suck, but I have you guys.
