Stop playing with my feels
How many arcs of Gintama must make me cry?! T^T
Since Kanketsu-hen, I've been watching Gintama for some days now. Starting from the Shogun Assassination arc, I caught up to the recent eps. Which is kinda bummer, but still OK because I have some 300 eps to choose from if I start to itch Gintama xD
And so happened this marathon of sorts. I should be doing my requirements, my gosh xD
Generally watching arcs in whatever order. So far I finished Saito's afro arc, the Toshi's Love life Mitsuba arc, Dekobokko arc a.k.a Sugita became Tomatsu arc xD, and the Shinsengumi rebellion one just now. My hheeeaaaarrtttt >.<
Now I really understand why Gintama is topping most anime and manga poll. This is really a genius work. Thank you so much Sorachi-sensei. It's crazy, it's funny, it's sometimes cliche, but at the same time it does not follow the usual stuff. Many time it will make you laugh, and then cry, and then laugh some more. The leads are as crazy as it can get, you'll hate the villains, and then you'd end up crying for them in the end *cue Itou feeeeellss*
Most of the arcs I've watched now are Shinsengumi-centric, which is not totally surprising. Ahahahaha xD There are lots more to explore in Gintama, and from the few eps of my experience so far, I should be preparing some tissues just in case my heart decides to leak out of my eyes xD
