Меридию эту хвалил кто-то - думаю, не поискать ли... Главная проблема с диетой для работающего человека в том, что диета занимает место в голове, а его и так там немного остается.

Well, Meridia is a good drug, but you can't and shouldn't be on it for more than 2 yrs. No doctor will prescribe it for longer. Once you are off, you might regain everything. In fact, it's very likely.

For example, Alli claims to block up to 30% of fat you consume. Say you ate 1800 cal, and a third of it, or 600 cal, came from fat. Alli blocked a third of that, or 200 cal. Yet you feel full because you ate 1800 cal, not 1600 cal. You tricked your brain.

Hmmm... How do you "block" calories? As far as I understand, you either burn them or they are stored either as muscles or fat. You can trick your brain into feeling full; how do you trick into discarding calories?

It binds to fat molecules and prevents their absorption. Trust me, THAT part works - it's FDA approved.

I use "One a Day (weight smart, advanced)". It's vitamins, no time limit for using them, and it works for me :) And price is amazing - $8 for 50 tabs.
