Second day of spring is here. I had a wonderful spring break. Went to Philadelphia, Newark, and New Hope. Saw a cousin, KC and those Delawarinians, and some beautiful sights. Now I am back in Richmond. Went to work at 6 am this morning. at Lowe's. Messed around with some plants. Met some people.. I left for my 10 am class, which was canceled. Now I have passed a good part of the hour with Emad and !mecca. (pronounced, according to Emad, *click*mecca). Emad met my cousin in Phily. How amazing. In all that city, he walked into the very deli that my cousin works in. Wonderful things. And not so wonderful things. Poor KC and Dean were dreadfully sick.. Hopefully I didn't carry them anything... I Know that many times I seem to do that, but never get sick from it. hmmm..
I saw Mates of State with Travess! It was a lot of fun.. Met some of his friends from Richmond, too.. They seem like some really cool people. We walked around WIlliamsburg, led each other around while the other kept the eyes closed. It was really cool..
Then I went to see Dale and Steve briefly. And Christins, Jon, and Christina's friend Timmy went with me to a beauty pageant at iwa. LEANNE preformed better than anything I could possibly express momentarily. She sang and played on the piano an Alicia Keys song, and I melted with awe. Dale and Steve recorded her, so hopefully I can get a copy. Unfortunately, she was not commemorated for her magnificant performance by the judges, who were a bunch of ... ewiojfskd. Yeah.. The only thing I could tell her was that I thought it was amazing, I couldn't bring myself to say "you should have won something", because that would have just rubbed it all in.. But she should have. I think I'm going to make her a crown...
