FLIBITY GIBITS!!!!
Surprisingly, today was a good day considering the morning i had. I had to take an order of 45 pizzas to Mahoney state park and 20 to the SAC museum. I was doing really well considering mother nature has it out for me. It takes about 20 min to get there VIA the interstate and that's going about 65-70 mph. So, alls going well until i get about 6 miles away from my destination. I slid on a patch of black ice- going about 55mph and did a 720 into a snow bank. after waiting for traffic to pass me and wiping the snow from my windshield i start out again, sadly it wasn't even a minute later that i did a 360 into the opposite side of the road ( not into oncoming traffic, mind you, they're separated.) So i got to my destination, on time if you can believe that, and that's when i noticed that i was missing a headlight. No, not the bulb- the entire freaking contraption!! FLYING FLIBITY GIBITS PEOPLE!!!! By the time that i'd gotten back to the store i was thoroughly shaken and had a headache caused by stress. . .
. . .My co-worker Tom called it a "casualty of war".
Though, on the bright side i made $30 in tips (pretty good for a carryout person). and the following 10 hours were fine.
Mother nature hates me and i'm not sure why. though- the way i think about it is that i have the same luck with cars in winter as my mom does with computers. It doesn't matter how careful we are, they always crash!!
