The BBC, to my amazement, is reporting 'live' on Putin's big press and phone-in event.

I do not know what he said; but this headline looks odd:




Has anything changed in the official Russian position lately? Has it not been saying all these years that it is 'ready for talks provided that...'? Is agreeing on who to talk to the only one big caveat in its position? Aren't four-regions-plus-crimea-plus-nonato other big caveats anymore?
