Wooohooo!!
So, I came home today and went into what I like to call "Homework Overdrive". I was finished by 4:45 after which I worked on trying to classify insects for Bio. I then finished up my Bio paper and printed and organized everything. I was going to work on my Geometry project that is due Sept. 11th and I haven't started yet. I decided not to, though.
A few more things:
1.) We got our weights and body fat percentages in Bio today in preparation for a chapter we will do 7 months from now, when we will compare them. I weigh 108 and have a body fat percentage of 7.7%.
2.) Brynleigh and Emma gave everyone new names in Bio. I am Dexter.
3.) In Mr. Thompson's U.S. History class, he was showing us a political cartoon about Andrew Jackson controlling the National Bank, and he explained who everyone was except one guy. Finally he pointed that guy out to us. He was wearing one of those round old fashioned military caps and Mr. Thompson said, "Okay, you guys may know this guy. Ever heard of the cereal Captain Crunch? Well, this is who it's named after. It's Captain John Crunch. Then he was like, I was kidding! I just made that up. I laughed about that for the rest of the class. He got us good.
