So I've been at college for 10 days now and it feels like a lot longer. I'm having a great time and making friends. The school part is no fun and my classes are hard. But I'm trying my best to stay on top of everything and do all of my work.
Geology is definitely going to be a challenge, but I like the professor a lot. He's very goofy and into what he does, but I think he would cut me a break if I needed it. Which, considering I didn't realize we needed to read and thus took a quiz with no knowledge, is good. I still managed to pull off a 70. Oh yeah.
French is also very very challenging. I'm glad to have a friend in that class. Today was better than last time and I hope I can understand her more.
Business Ethics turned out to be a philosophy type class. So lots of reading and stuff. But it reminds me a lot of debate. And considering one of my last topics was on corporations and moral standards, I think I can do ok.
And Precal reminds me of high school precal. I think if I just work hard I can do well. Speaking of which, I need to do my homework.
Life is a little messy right now...but it will come together eventually, I hope.
Oh, and our dorm room is very cold. All the time.
