Writer's Block: Pecking Order
Oldest (of four). I'm an over-achieving, overly-anxious-to-please control freak and detail nut who likes everything clearly laid out in advance, is twitchy about suprises and not good with spontaneity. And growing up I was painfully self-conscious, as uncool as you can possibly imagine and much more comfortable in the company of adults than of people my own age...
Oh, and I am an utter bookworm, because I could always escape from the general chaos at home (I learnt to read well before school age) by disappearing upstairs with a book.
