A few extra pics from the trip, and assorted nerdings.
Another shot of Whitey. This was a little while after he accidentally forced himself passed the invisible fence Jon's parent's had set up so that the dogs would get shocked should they cross it via their collar.
Peppy, the warrior. The phrase "carpe canem(sp?)" came to mind the first time around (I've always wanted a husky), but that stupid collar poses a problem.
Me, assuring Peppy that her position as my top ninja-dog remains unchallenged by Whitey and his youthful pluck and industriousness.
Me, on about an hour of sleep and suffering from long distance family drama, and Peppy, suffering from cold, wet fur and flash-eye.
From a scene in Suikoden V. Here, in order to recruit this fellow for your army, you have to sit through his text-speech without interrupting it. Problem is, at one point, it slows down to one letter at a time, even if you have message speed set to instant.
Again, from Suikoden V. He seems to have a thing for exacting final retribution and depositing loathsome corpses into the nearest water-sources. Nice catchphrase.
Blackie's new background (thanks to
Grisser for hooking it up with PSPersonalize).
Whitey's new background; it represents the glimmer of hope I currently have that the next-gen Sonic game might not end up being a sack of shit.
The insomnia's still around, but at least the cold has been reduced to a slightly annoying nasal drip and some buildup in my throat. Yummy.
