I was reading a discussion about a law called Taegen's Law which apparently requires longer sentences for sex offenders whose victims are children. This woman was trying to drum up support for this legislation and unfortunately the discussion keeps turning to abortion because the first version of the bill defined child as "conception to age 18". That wording has now been changed to "birth to age 18" as it should have been. But because of the term "conception" in the first draft, everyone is talking about abortion.
So during part this discussion one guy outlines the situations in which he believe abortion should be legal which include cases of incest or rape. Then he makes an interesting suggestion which is that in cases of incest or rape the offending male should be charged with murder.
So my question to ya'll is what do you think about that?
