→ Christian Bale/Rachel McAdams tutorial for library_of_sex

to

I used this and this image and sort of blended them.
I pasted the Rachel picture over the Christian picture like this

then I started deleting the white parts around Rachel's face and head, it will end up something like this:

how it looks in ps

resize it and you'll end up with this base

step 1
color balance
midtones -10, 0, +30
highlights -5, 0, +10

step 2
colour fill
color #efdede
set to 'linear burn'

step 3
add new layer, set to soft light
use the brush tool (a dark colour)
and color the area around Christians face
otherwise that part would be too light
it has to look like this

step 4
colour fill
colour #a07f46
set to soft light
fill 59%

step 5
texture

add this texture, set to 'multiply'
lower opacity to 50%

step 6
gradient
add this gradient
set to soft light

step 7
vibrance
vibrance +50
saturation +28

step 8
add a hue/satuaration layer
set to 'lighten' and  lower opacity at 50%
hue 0
saturation +60
lightness +5

result

I know this doesn't quite look like the original Kim, but I hadn't had the .psd saved anymore, so I tried to recreate it.
