Another drabble for prompt #5 - roses. Though, this one took me less time than the previous one.

Summary: On their way to meet thier brother to go home for Holydays... Lucy hopes she could be as lucky as her sister is, some day.

Lucy watched as Susan read Peter’s letter for the umpteenth time since her birthday.
She smiled happily at her.
(Susan placed a gentle kiss on the piece of paper, before putting it back into her blouse’s pocket, close to her heart, as always. The roses, now dry, were safely inside the book on her lap.)
Lucy smiled because her eldest sibling had finally found true happiness again…
She smiled because she hoped that, one day, she would also find that happiness again…
She smiled because she knew… that, some day, her Just King would finally say I Love You, too.
