Icon Tutorial #6:
1. Open up your base, and prep it however you like (I just kept mine the same)
2. Duplicate your base and set it to Screen 100%
3. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective color and enter the following:
Reds: -100, 0, +47, 0
Yellows: -40, 0, +14, 0
Greens: -25, 0, 0, 0
Cyans: +100, -100, -100, +100
Magentas: -100, +100, -100, +100
Neutrals: +18, -11, -24, -15
4. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective color and enter the following:
Reds: -100, 0, +24, 0
Yellows: -100, 0, +17, 0
Neutrals: +21, -16, -18, 0
5. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective color and enter the following:
Reds: -100, 0, +24, 0
Neutrals: -1, -9, -9, 0

2. Duplicate your base twice, set both to Screen, 1st one to 100%, 2nd one to 26%
3. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective color and enter the following:
Reds: -100, -7, +50, -15
Yellows: -47, 0, +19, -32
Neutrals: +40, -12, -33, -13
4. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective color and enter the following:
Reds: -100, 0, +27, 0
Yellows: -100, 0, -17, 0
Neutrals: -11, -7, -13, +4
5. Add a white box and tiny text.
And your DONE!
