1. Open up your base, resize, crop, sharpen (if needed, i didn't)


2. Create a new curves layer and enter the following:
RGB:
Input: 96
Output: 166
Red:
Input: 117
Output: 86
Green:
Input: 132
Output: 127
Blue:
Input: 118
Output: 146


3. Create a new color balance layer and enter the following:
Midtones: +32, +14, -50
Shadows: +25, -4, -27
Highlights: -24, -4, +11


4. Create a new Selective Color layer and enter the following:
Reds: -85, 0, +57, 0
Yellows: -41, +100, +100, -25
Whites: +31, 0, -69, 0
Neutrals: 0, -12, -22, 0
Blacks: 0, 0, 0, +10


5. Create a new Selective Color layer and enter the following:
Reds: +16, -13, +10, 0
Yellows: -41, +1, +7, 0
Neutrals: +9, +2, +2, -10


6. Add some text, i used the font Baskerville Old Face
