Argument

My dad and I had an interesting conversation at the dinner table last night. We were debating minorities as US Presidents, and my dad was saying that since Obama's probably not going to get re-elected, we won't have another President who 'deviates from the mainstream' for a while (read: someone who isn't a white, heterosexual male). This is extremely entertaining coming from an Indian. Anyway, somehow we got into arguing whether or not we'd have an openly homosexual President sometime within my lifetime. I think we will, since 60 or 70 years is a long time, and he disagrees...obviously. Funnily enough, my mom was on my side. I don't know about seeing an Asian or Hispanic President anytime soon, though...I think an Asian's more likely from a financial resources point of view.

Anyway, what do you guys think? What are we likely to see within the next 60-70 years? Gay, woman, disabled, a different racial minority, transgender? All of the above?
