FEED and DEADLINE
spoilers for Deathly Hallows, not just Deadline....
So...I finally got around to reading FEED about a month ago. George's death actually made me cry- as in five minutes, incapable of proper breathing, tears down cheeks and blurry vision obscuring the words as I kept reading. I'm a Harry Potter geek, and I didn't even cry when Dobby died in Deathly Hallows. First point of awesome.
Second point: My father then informed me that the sequel came out in less than a month, and I could be the third person to read it on his kindle- a week and a half after it comes out. I didn't even know there was a sequel....(he was on vacation, and one of the people he was with said she would buy it for his kindle if she could read it first...Hence- third on the list.) I have now read FEED and DEADLINE, only to realize that I have to wait till next year to read the finale....sadness, but the fact that I truly care is worthy of the second point.
Third point? I discovered about 15% in that I really hate the kindle...but I couldn't stop reading until I finished, so I read all twenty six chapters plus the last little (evil) preview in less than 2 days.(I received Deadline 8-ish friday night. I finished about 11 his morning. then, I read all the snippets. They are wonderful. I'm being lent some Seanan Mcguire books soon, I hope....)
