I know the pain of mixing without an electric mixer. I think I eventually gave up and bought one for $7 at Target.

Oh, $7 is not bad. We should probably get one, but our kitchen's cluttered enough already, truthfully :P

Kitchen clutter is important to keep down. I bought one because I participated in a lot of bake sales the two years I lived off-campus.
