I've never written an episode reaction before. I'm not sure this even counts as a reaction, because I have nothing insightful to say, but wow. WOW!
I went to a debate party last night instead of watching. (Joe Biden, I love you!)
So I just watched the episode (It's up on itunes now, btw) and I'm speechless. I didn't think it would be possible for Dean to become even more emotional about his family, but sending him back in time, to witness all of that... it's bittersweet, in a lot of ways. He got to meet his grandparents, and see his parents young and in love. But it must feel like he's lost even more, in a lot of ways.
I just flat-out enjoyed the storytelling. This is my favorite season so far.
