Poem: The Befriending Dance

May 16, 2009 17:10

Dancers on mosaics
patterns of red and blue
first glances are swift
easily changed into
something vividly new

Careful steps on those
colored traces of thought

Dancers, dressed up neat
no order to see, just
the patterns which swirl
and glazed eyes stalking
taking in to the fill

Dancers on mosaics
tracing the reds and blues
as firsts turn into twos
