One thing I find slightly annoying

I've done more writing this summer than I've done in ages. As you know, I signed up for four fests:

hogwarts_houses
hp_3forfun's 3 big bang
hp_tarot
hp_darkfest

I've already written the fics for 3 of them - whilst the darkfest isn't due for ages, I wrote that the day I claimed the prompt. I only have the tarot left to do.

What's annoying, is that for once, I have writing to show people. But I can't post anything here until several months after the fests have ended.

I knew this when I signed up, and for the most part I'm like, yeah, that makes sense, that's fair, ok.

But I want to post some fanfic in this journal, and at the moment everything I've been writing is for fests, so I can't.

Well, I suppose I did start Jar of Hearts and that could be finished pretty quickly, but I need to focus on my "Two of Swords" fic since that's due on the 20th. After that, I'm going to start my AS/S fic for R I think :).

But yes, just a mini rant about the fact I want to post my stuff here already, and I have to wait. I'm impatient. Sue me. :P
